How does intake work for new students?

Intake is done on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we require Level 2 Ministry of Education special education funding to support our richly staffed, adaptive learning approach.

 

We carefully assess whether our teaching approach is the right fit for each child’s unique needs to ensure we can provide a safe, supportive environment.

When can I register my child?

We have two main registration windows: before the end of August for a September start, and before the end of December for a January start.

 

While these are our general timelines, we can sometimes accommodate exceptions depending on space and student needs.

Do you charge tuition?

Yes, starting in the 2025–26 school year we will introduce tuition.

 

Tuition helps us provide the staff, resources, and learning environment your child deserves. We’ll share details about rates, payment options, and any available support during the enrollment process.

Do you only accept Autistic students?

Our program is primarily designed for students with an ASD designation, as this ensures we can provide the specialized support and structure that helps them thrive. Intake is still considered on a case-by-case basis, so in some situations we may review other complex learning needs to determine if our approach is the right fit. Safety, engagement, and a supportive learning environment remain our top priorities.
